Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale - Warrington

We’re looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Warrington branch. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and leading a strong team to deliver excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
· Manage day-to-day branch operations (trade counter, warehouse, sales).
· Drive sales, margin, and profitability.
· Build strong relationships with contractors and other `trade customers.
· Lead, motivate, and develop your team.
· Ensure good stock control and product availability.
· Maintain high standards of service, safety, and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in electrical wholesale.
· Previous management or leadership experience.
· Strong sales background and commercial awareness.
· Good knowledge of electrical products.
· A hands-on, customer-focused approach.
